this hotel has some bad reviews. we did not experience any of them the only thing was are door card key didn't work one night so had to get it re scanned. but other than that staff was lovely rooms was lovely pool was lovely. a good location to be 5 minutes walk to local shops and restaurants 10 minutes bus journey to salou or 9 euro in taxi there is a 200 euro deposit and 11 euro tourist tax . but it's like that a lots off places you go now . we did get the deposit back about 2 weeks after we got home 🏡
Absolut great. Clean apartments, private kitchen, nice restaurant, great and friendly staff always ready to help. Loved our stay in 2019 and wish the pandemic be over asap and we will definitely come back to this fabulous place. Wanted to say thank you to the staff and the owners of the hotel for making our stay as comfy as possible.
I am currently here and to be honest I'm not too impressed. While the room is OK (just) and the pool area is very nice, but the staff are ridiculously slow and If their not slow their just rude. The food in the restaraunt is horrible. I've stayed in Salou before and I know what to expect food wise and as a result my standards are not set too high, but this is shite. Swimming in oil, half cooked slop. Also, you have to pay for your safe, WiFi outside the bar is €18 a week per device. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. 2 yes 3 at the max but miles from being a 4 star hotel.
