We received very personalized and courteous service throughout our stay. Our requirements were attended promptly. It was a nice experience to stay here. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Only rooms are good but pathectic service! Not at all worth the price! They charged us 6,600/- for dbl occupancy on MAP plan. For dinner they made us eat food prepared for other group which was sweet and not std. There was 1 group for which buffet was arranged as per their budget and menu and they made us eat same food even though they charged us 600+taxes and it was quite disappointing. Even for breakfast they are so slow in refilling even though they have a count of inhouse guest still they are not prepared. Always messy and they don't clean the dirt near food tables. Shabby and even their kitchen is dirty. Staff if horrible! They only don't know anything and instead of asking or helping us with our requirement or booked things, they will rudely reply and tell us incomplete things. Hygiene is poor at buffet. Restaurant is small so far group this hotel is not recommended. Rooms are good but washrooms are not that up-to-date. I would only recommend this property ii you are not left with any other option. Or just book stay with breakfast only. Eat meals outside.

This hotel is basically a two star property. The rooms are small, and not properly maintained. It is located in the cantonment area. This hotel does not provide any non-veg food. The menu still has non veg items mentioned but they don't provide it. The breakfast is ok. The only good thing about this property is the behaviour of staff. The staff is very cooperative.
