First experience in Kaiseri, great communication upfront with the hotel and the organisation of the pickup at the airport. The manager Çagkan was very helpful and kind all long our stay, so were the Ladies at the reception. Breakfast was delicious and choice was great. Good tea and gorgeous hybisckus welcome drink
Stayed here only for 1 night. The hotel, staff and the total service is amazing. The most important is high attention to the small things. Staff helps us to get to the hotel, gave us free upgrade and allowed to have earlier breakfast which was suitable enough according to our schedule! Definitely recommend for choosing! Thanks for all.
素敵な時間をどうもありがとう It was a really nice experience. 😊💕 The driver was very kind and was willing to take us to places we mumbled we wanted to see and even gave us sweets as gifts. 🚗³₃ The hotel staff were very kind and helpful to us as first time visitors. When we were having trouble with the buffet in the morning, they explained to us what kind of food was served in each dish.🍽 I am a little disappointed that we could only stay one night… If I ever visit Turkey again, I will definitely come back.🇹🇷 Thank you for wonderful time. I hope everyone in Japan will also visit. 🙇🏻♀️
