Hotel rating is unfair. Yes it is worn and not rebranded, with some minor issues (unstable water pressure and temperature sometimes). But overall value of hotel is pretty high - prices are lower than moxy but rooms, breakfast - better. Even in current condition it is superior to my other courtyards/fourpoints

It's okay for one night of budget. Hair in bathroom, toilet is clean but old. The sink plug doesn't work. Bed is good and the area is quiet. With a little bit of upgrade it would be a gem... You have a fancy Nespresso machine in the room. Came down for the praised breakfast that includes again good coffee and good variety of things. For the price it's a lot of variety... Service can't say much as except for check in no one was there anywhere to rate Found a really nice cook ! One upgrade means one more star ✨

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the check-in, the service was terrible. The reception staff didn’t provide any basic information about the hotel, its services, or schedules, which caused a lot of confusion. Additionally, despite having the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, the cleaning staff insisted on knocking to clean, disturbing my rest in two different occasions. But the most serious issue was that they gave the keys to my room to another guest, who entered while I was in the open shower so he saw me inside as he opened my room door. This is unacceptable and puts the safety of guests at risk. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel and hope they improve in the future, as these mistakes are unforgivable."
