Great hospitality by hotel. Must try sweets and desserts by chef Ajay Singh. Hotel is value for money. Staff is warm and welcoming. Will definitely visit again. Its a recommended property, must visit.

Exceptional Stay, Impeccable Service, and Unforgettable Food Experience! ——————————————————— I had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton, Ahmedabad, Gujarat for the past three days, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As a frequent traveler who values both comfort and quality service, this stay exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted warmly by the courteous front desk staff, who ensured a smooth and quick check-in process. The room I was provided was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything — from the bedding to the amenities — reflected the high standards of the Marriott brand. The housekeeping team maintained cleanliness impeccably throughout my stay, and that truly added to the overall comfort. However, what truly made this visit exceptional was the restaurant service and culinary experience. The food at the in-house restaurant was nothing short of phenomenal. I want to especially recognize Chef Sunil Kumar, who is undoubtedly one of the best chefs I’ve come across in all my travels. Every dish he prepared was cooked to perfection — flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. His attention to detail and commitment to authentic taste made each meal a memorable one. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I found myself looking forward to the next meal with excitement. A special mention also goes to Anil, who provided exceptional customer service during my time at the restaurant. His professionalism, warm demeanor, and prompt attention to every need created a welcoming dining environment. His genuine hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, this property offers everything a traveler could hope for — cleanliness, comfort, superb food, and top-tier hospitality. I left with a sense of satisfaction and gratitude, and I will most definitely return on my future trips to Ahmedabad. Five stars well-deserved. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for one night and while the room was clean, comfortable, and had good air conditioning, that’s pretty much where the positives ended. The dining experience was underwhelming. Breakfast was extremely average — nothing stood out, and for a 4-star hotel, I expected something more refined. At lunch, my initial order was prepared incorrectly, and when I ordered something else later, it took over 45 minutes to arrive. And then, while I was still waiting for that delayed lunch, the waiter came over and asked me to leave a good review on Google — before the food had even arrived. That moment really summed up the experience: focused on appearances rather than actual service. While waiting in the lobby for my airport transfer, the space was stuffy and uncomfortably warm, with no visible air conditioning running. On top of that, no Wi-Fi was provided to me during my wait — in a property branded under Marriott Bonvoy, that’s just not acceptable. Overall, this experience did not reflect the standards I associate with Sheraton or the Marriott brand. I left feeling disappointed, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend this property based on my stay
