Four Points by Sheraton Auckland

From the moment I arrived at Four Points by Sheraton Auckland, the experience was exceptional. Check-in was warm and efficient, with staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms are luxurious – spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed – with a bed so comfortable it guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The views over the city were stunning, and the amenities, from the well-equipped gym to the rooftop bar, made my stay feel special. A perfect blend of comfort, location, and genuine hospitality – I’ll definitely be returning.

I stayed here for five nights as I landed in New Zealand for a three month visit as a full-time traveler. I’ve stayed at Marriott properties all around the world and this one will remain one of my favorite stays ever to date. I had a beautiful corner room on the 19th floor that was one of the favorite views I’ve ever had from a hotel room. The hotel amenities are wonderful, and the property is beautifully decorated. The food in the Marriott restaurant downstairs was phenomenal both for breakfast lunch and dinner. They also serve a locals menu which if you can splurge, I highly recommend doing at least once. Lastly, and most notably, the entire staff from the concierge to the front desk to the Restaurant staff to the cleaning staff… You were all absolutely amazing and I hope to be back before I leave to see my next country in September!

I recently stayed at this hotel, located conveniently in the heart of the CBD, which made it easy to get around and access nearby shops, restaurants, and public transport. The location is definitely one of its strongest points. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I appreciated. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled politely. The breakfast buffet was okay—there were some decent options, but I found the overall selection quite limited. It could be improved with a bit more variety. Unfortunately, the room left a lot to be desired. It wasn’t very clean, with stained coffee cups and a general lack of attention to detail. The room was also quite cold, and there was no option for heating or an additional heater, which made the stay uncomfortable at times. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the condition of the room really impacted my experience. With some improvements in cleanliness and amenities, this could be a much better place to stay.
