Our family enjoyed our stay and definitely hope to come back. From the moment we arrived all staff are very welcoming, kind and helpful. Beautiful room and very comfy bed. Amazing buffet breakfast and service to the room. Great pools and our 4 year old loved the kids club. Great location in Kuta, close to everything!
We were thrilled with our stay at the Four Points Sheraton. From arrival, our family were welcomed and treated beautifully. This hotel really prides itself on exceptional service and aims to deliver to the highest standard. The rooms were impeccably clean and beds comfortable. Although small, the rooms feel cosy and welcoming. The rooftop pool was a beautiful place to spend the afternoon. Our kids also loved the downstairs lagoon style pool, and laying on the many pool pillows. The restaurant was welcoming and very child friendly, especially the buffet breakfast where we were always welcomed with kindness by Joe. He delivers exceptional customer service and makes time to genuinely connect with hotel guests. All staff aimed to make everyone feel welcome and prided themselves on their attention to detail and care for their guests. Our children really enjoyed the kids club, although there were not that many children attending the activities as we were out of school holidays, they happily attended as they felt the genuine warmth and care from the kids club staff. We loved the location as we were able to take a short walk each day to garlic lane for shopping and when we timed our movements with the heat, could walk to the beach. At night time, the hotel provided entertainment and the atmosphere was lovely. Overall, our stay was warm, luxurious and we can’t wait to return in the future!
The staff make this hotel a pleasant one to stay in - they go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable but sound proofing is not great, you can hear everything going on outside. The layout of the hotel also means that the sound from the lagoon pool echoes exceedingly well into the rooms, and kids can be very loud at 8am when playing…
