first time staying at this hotel Sunday. the location is close to gwk, the hotel area is not so crowded. the hotel rooms are quite spacious and clean. the breakfast menu is also quite complete. this hotel has 2 swimming pools, a bar and a 24-hour fitness center. the downside is, for some rooms the sound of motorbikes on the highway enters the room. otherwise this hotel is really good
This property is one of our favorites in Bali. We were here during the grand opening in 2019 and I must say they try their best to maintain it well. It is so very nice to be here for 9 days! Grounds, pool and not to mention the view etc, were gorgeous and check in/out was great- fast, smooth and easy. The rooms are most excellent, spacious and clean. We love the access to the family pool, garden and kid's club right outside our terrace. The location is a bit out but well worth the effort and if you have your own motorbike, it's very easy to go around. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back. The staff is definitely the highlight. Aldo, Agus, Yoga, Asti, Lia and Finna are one of our favorites ❤️ they are so professional and very kind.
We had a few issues with the first room but it was changed upon request. After that it was just smooth and comfortable stay here. I had to talk about Mr. Pam who is a bartender here. He just made our day 100 times better. From clicking pictures to serving us the best drinks, he did it all! Definitely recommend the place as it has one of the best sunset views.
