Great service! The hotel staffs were polite and speak fluent English. Bui was the Duty manager helping us today, and she is extremely helpful, patiently explained to us the hotel regulations when we check-in and ensured we had a smooth arrival. Her kindness and professionalism truly made my day and gave me a great start to my trip in Thailand. I was initially a bit worried about the hotel’s environment since Bangkok had recently experienced an earthquake, but to my delight, the room was very clean, and tidy—exceeding my expectations.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. The concierge, Boy, was incredibly helpful—he not only recommended some fantastic local restaurants around the hotel but also assisted us in booking a taxi and a full-day tour, which turned out to be both convenient and cost-effective. The receptionist, Patty, was equally kind and accommodating. We arrived quite early, and she went out of her way to arrange an early check-in for us, which we truly appreciated after a long journey. Both Boy and Patty, along with the rest of the staff, were cheerful, attentive, and always eager to help. They consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I had a request and the staff went above and beyond to upgrade my room so I would feel most comfortable. Really appreciated it. Location is good, BTS station at the entrance footsteps. Two stops from Siam Paragon, one stop from Central World. I foresee the prices will increase soon.
