Four Points By Sheraton Bangkok Sukhumvit 22

Fantastic Breakfast & Welcoming Stay! Just enjoyed a superb breakfast at the new Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok Sukhumvit 22! The atmosphere in the breakfast area is so inviting, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The breakfast spread is excellent with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh salads and cold cuts to hot dishes and a great selection of drinks. It's clear they put thought into offering something for everyone. (And on a side note, the beds and pillows here are wonderfully comfortable!). It's a truly pleasant way to start the day in this brand new hotel. Highly recommend!

Had a nice 3 day stay at this newest Bonvoy property in BKK. Excellent staff, very utilitarian room with proper modern tech for guests who need to work a lot in the room, comfy bed/bedding, huge TV, well thought out bathroom fixtures/amenities. F&B also very nice with one of the best burgers I've had in the city in many years. Pool is a bit small for a hotel of this size I think and if there are more than 8-10 guests, the seating/loungers will run out, but it has a nice city view and is good enough for some cooling off/floating after a walk in the hot sun. Location is great, within a minute or two walk to Emsphere/Sukhumvit. Definitely a repeat soon.

Stayed Jul 11-15 2025 in room 1209. Positive: Room was clean with sufficient lighting. Nice toiletries provided. Good water pressure from shower facility. Guest services at the lobby were polite, cheerful and provided excellent services, responding very quickly to all our request. Night Duty manager on Jul 14 was commendable, following up with a return call to me after I had voiced a complaint to a guest service staff. Negative: Water drainage in bath area was a little slow. Appalling to me personally was that the housekeeper on Jul 14 placed our used hair comb / brushes in the bath room glass cups that we used for rinsing our mouths! First such incident in all my years of staying in hotels.
