Stay: 13–15 June 2025 The location is excellent—just a short walk from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. While the exterior of the building looks a little dated, the interior is clean and pleasantly maintained. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Ruben and Deyan at the bar were incredibly friendly and served excellent cocktails. They both spoke good English and communicated very well with guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would also like to commend Mr. Billy at the reception for his outstanding service during my check-out. He was courteous, well-spoken, and greeted guests with a smile. Thank you to the team for a wonderful stay!
It's a clean and nice hotel !! Very important the beds were very comfortable. The staff are very friendly, we were served by Billy at the counter and he was very professional and very friendly!! I was really surprised when he called out my name when greeting me during checking, looks like he was prepared to receive me. The other staff whom I would me like to mention is Azul whom picked us up at the ferry terminal, he went the extra mile to ensure we met him at the correct location !! I would highly recommend this hotel, had a pleasant stay !!
This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed under the Marriott brand. It was apparently a local property before Marriott took over. The refurbishment is poorly done with cheap finishes from the lobby to guestroom & spa. We were given a room facing an ugly backyard with overgrown plants and pond filled with stagnant water. The fridge in the room clearly hasn’t been replaced in years. After requesting a change, we were moved to a room facing the night market. The area itself does not feel safe as numerous online reviews mention the high risk of pickpocketing, and I agree walking around the area made us uncomfortable. Breakfast spread is minimal and overall this hotel feels like a poor fit for the Marriott brand. It severely under delivers on comfort, safety and quality. Marriott should be more selective and stringent in ensuring properties meet their global standards before branding them.
