This hotel is in a very convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the largest shopping mall in western Beijing, where you can find a variety of excellent restaurants. The guest rooms are spacious, and those facing away from the street are very quiet. The hotel provides coffee and tea, and the beds are wide with quilts of the perfect thickness. The air conditioning is silent and does not disturb sleep. The bathroom is large and clean, and the elevators are fast. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent—you can't hear any noise from the hallway. However, if children are running and playing in the room above, it may cause some vibration in the room below. Fortunately, a quick call to customer service resolved the issue immediately. There are other five-star hotels nearby, but if you need easy access to dining and shopping, this is the best choice, as there is a newly built subway station right next to it.

Not one of the best SPG facilities I went. No one at the door to assist anyone into the hotel. The front counter speak minimal English. Rooms were great, clean with adequate amenities. Breakfast are recommended probably because it was the peak seasons, a lot to choose from, fruit juices are fresh. I guess the hotel is a bit worn out, need refurbishment.

I didn’t know Four Points brand can have no complimentary breakfast. If I did I would stay next door at Aloft for much less costs. Front desk people always seemed to be in a hurry to finish their job and send the guests away as quickly as they can. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Plus the lounge was still closed because of “Covid”, in May 2023. With the 20 more days of traveling across China this month and jumping from hotel to hotel (solely Marriott and Hilton brands), this hotel stood out to be the worst front desk experience. I will not stay here again next time in Beijing. The one good thing was room service people. They were very friendly.
