Everything was great overall! There are a lot of trainees working at this hotel, so the service may not always be perfect, but they’re doing their best and it helps to be understanding and considerate. In terms of location, it’s a bit far from White Beach. There is a beach just a 2-minute walk away, it’s not as appealing, there are a lot of boats docked but it doesn’t offer much compared to white beach. The overall vibe of the place doesn’t really feel like you’re in Boracay, so if you’re looking for that signature island experience, you might want to stay closer to white beach.
Overall, this stay has been one of the most pleasant surprises, turning out to be a truly breathtaking experience. Before our arrival, Jubhelyn Nuevo, the Duty Manager, was prompt in her responses and quickly stepped up to understand our needs, as well as the issues we were facing with an unresolved case with Marriott customer care. Initially, we had planned to stay just a few days before flying back home, as our experience in the country had not been great. However, everything changed, and we felt right at home after just one day at Sheraton. At breakfast, Kheno took wonderful care of us every day. His outstanding customer service made us feel truly welcomed. He was an absolute delight, ensuring that our breakfast experience was memorable, not just for us, but for every guest he interacted with. We were simply spoilt for choices on certain days and his enthusiasm is infectious. Jubhelyn went above and beyond to allocate us a nice suite despite some initial challenges, and we can't emphasise enough how much of a difference that made in shaping our perception of the country. From that moment onward, our stay was simply wonderful. Her thoughtful gesture left us feeling incredibly valued and well taken care of. She is a valuable asset for any hotel due to her perfect sense of customer obsession, and we wish her all the best. The hotel staff, in general, were courteous, all throughout our stay for over 7 nights, and several of them went out of their way to assist us, answering our questions with honesty and warmth. Thanks to Ailen from front desk, Rozzel from restaurant, the lady trainee chef who made amazing eggs everyday, Joel from the front desk, Edwin from front desk. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and we are already planning our future stays at the Sheraton in Boracay.
We stayed for 2 nights. Staff are all courteous, pleasant and respectful which made our stay tolerable. When we entered the hotel it doesn't smell like a hotel. My wife had a terrible migraine and didn't sleep much due to a foul smelling odor. Staff offered some options but we think management should do better.
