This hotel ticked all the boxes for me. I was there with my family and friends for my husband's birthday celebration. They gave my husband a lovely surprise on his birthday, which was very nice of them. The hotel has a nice and clean environment. The breakfast is never boring, so many varieties, depending on your choice, menu changes, every day, and I had all my healthy stuff in there as well. The gym facility is up to standard. Please choose this hotel, no regrets, I promise you. The view is not great but I love the fact that I can easily get everywhere on public transport.
experience: I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton, Bur Dubai for five nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was very cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the Indian food it was prepared very well and tasted just like home. The hotel is also centrally located, making it convenient to access various parts of the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. While I was having a conversation with the housekeeping manager, he left mid-conversation. I was saddened by this.
The Four Points Sheraton, Bur Dubai is far from a 4 star hotel. Our stay was disappointing due to the following reasons: 1. Food menu caters only to visitors from India. And it’s impossible to enjoy a steaming hot cup of coffee or tea. Hot milk is not available. 2. The smaller built lady at reception is bossy and not helpful. I called for food to be delivered. She called the room to advise of the delivery and within 60 seconds called again to ask where we were as the delivery is still there. 3. Non smoking rooms allowed for other visitors to smoke. On complaining of the intense cigarette smell, we had been put into a room for a disabled guest, the room was not adequate and on asking her to revisit another room, she complained to her colleague not realising I too could speak and understand her native language from India. Service was bad as was the maintenance team. The only exceptional service was that rendered by the concierge team. This hotel does not meet 4 star ratings
