Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Anren

The best hotel in town. Just literally in the front of the old town and Touristic area. The room is very well decorated, and the food served at breakfast is pretty tasty. Highly recommend the Chinese restaurant as well. Did not get time to try the gym and the pool but friends said was well equipped. Wanted to Say a special thanks to Julia for the warm welcome, Kyle for his services and the handsome GM Johnny for taking care of us. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Beware: The location of the Four Seasons is not what is shown on the Google Map. It is located southwest of Chungdu around 40km south.

Awful altitude. I called from oversea many times just to arrange a stay for friends since I won’t stay myself. They are not patient and not keeping their promise and no record of tracking, so I have to explain each time but get different answers. The soft level won’t match the “hard” aspects of the hotel- facilities, environment... very disappointed, as being a years of loyal Marriott member. It’s not hospitalized at all compared to other Marriott hotels I stayed. I feel that since they have a privilege when all other parts of world are still in pandemic, especially in hospitality industry, they have high staying rate, making them so arrogant and not care about customer experience. Luckily, I saved my friends efforts to spend time arguing with them, which would ruin their trip.
