Clean hotel, very comfortable with modern luxury design. We were quite a large group at the bar area till very late at night and the hotel staffs kindly accommodated to us and did not make any fuss or kick us out. Door lock was spoilt they kindly had a security guard wait outside our door till we are back to inform us to change to a room, and gave us credits for room service. Service recovery is excellent.
Found this gem after a long & exhausting day at Desaru beach. Clean & well-maintained rooms with attentive & excellent service from hotel staff & security who rendered assistance when my family faced with an emergency. Their breakfast spread is satisfying & delicious. A simple & fuss free hotel that’s highly recommended for families with a variety of amenities within its vicinity.
Stayed here for a short getaway. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. One of the best things about this place is the location – it's surrounded by many nearby amenities, making it super convenient for meals, shopping, or quick errands. **Pro:** * Many amenities nearby * Comfortable and clean rooms * Friendly staff **Con:** * Open space carpark. A word of advice: **do NOT park your car under the tree shades overnight** — I made that mistake and woke up to a car full of bird droppings. Not the best way to start the day. * The restaurant has a fly infestation. Breakfast is recommended by the pool. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Just be careful where you park!
