Great hotel. Cleanliness is at the highest level, the rooms are large and very comfortable.
On our way from Australia to Europe, we had a 12 hour stop. Initially we had planned to stay in the airport but it was so plain, we thought to get a hotel for few hours and a shower. While entering the border, foud a hotel near the airport and showed that to the taxi driver, who could not speak a single word in English. He made a mistake and took us to the Q hotel. We arenot picky, so went there and they gave us a room at level 10. Surprisingly cheap, spacious and clean. Had a nice shower, a few cups of tea and a few hours of good shut eyes. Then found out our booking inludes brekie as well! which was fresh, very asian , with vegetable soup and lots of options! Our daughter has asked us to stay there again on our way back! Oh, I forgot, the free shuttle bus is a bonus too I just wish, the reception staff could speak basic English, as without ChatGPT, we could not do anything!
There is shuttle service to and from the airport, which is very convenient, and there are convenient restaurants nearby. There are also robots that can deliver food to your room.
