Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin

It was absolutely amazing. The hotel was nice room were clean and neat. All the amenities works but the highlight of my stay was the service. I am blown away. From the greeting of my entrance of the hotel to the lobby to the breakfast area is just amazing. All the staff here are very very polite and kind. I truly appreciate each and every person i meet there because they take the “extra step” in customer service. You just have to experience it. I rarely write a review but because of their superior service i have to write it. Thank you to Valen and the crew very kind and professional. Love the detox juice valen. We will be back soon!!

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Thamrin, Jakarta from 2nd to 4th May 2025 for a work trip, and were truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff—especially Nana. Her friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our short stay feel incredibly special. In just a couple of days, she made us feel at home, like part of a family. Thank you Nana for the outstanding service and heartfelt connection. It was truly amazing and I hope the other guests had the chance to experience the same from her. - megat

I booked this hotel because of the strategic location and booked the city view. The room is a bit small compared to other hotels in Jakarta, and the layout is a bit weird, like an office. I think this hotel is good for business trips, but not vacation or family. The motorcycles during the night were so loud and woke me up around 3 am. The hotel provided ear plugs and provided notice about the noise. Breakfast was good. I don’t think it's worth the value of staying here. They are doing renovation. Hopefully, they will soundproof the rooms.
