The hotel is beautifully located by the bay, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach where children can play. The reception were very welcoming and even arranged for an extra single bed, which made it possible for our whole family to stay together comfortably. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were always friendly and attentive, showing great patience and understanding with children. MD. MEZBAUL came on time every day, keeping the room tidy and spotless while also helping us organize our things. I stayed here for three weeks, and it truly felt as warm and comfortable as home.
I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Dana at Four Points by Sheraton. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. She made booking a meeting room smooth and easy. Her quick responses and attention to detail saved a lot of time and effort. The friendly and professional attitude made the whole experience better. Very Disappointed with Hygiene and Service We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton on August 7, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, we had to request a room change due to cleanliness issues. Shockingly, in the new room, we found used shaving tools in the bathroom — a serious hygiene and safety concern. The General Manager offered complimentary breakfast as a gesture, but not only did this fail to address the severity of the problem, it was also never provided as promised. This shows a clear lack of attention to both cleanliness and customer commitment. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their hygiene standards to ensure no guest has to face such an unpleasant experience again.
