Four Points by Sheraton Josun Seoul Myeongdong

Fantastic place to stay. The rooms are clean, modern, and well taken care of. The service and hotel is excellent. The location is great. Easy access to the subway system. Number two green circle transit line is right there. You could circle the entire city. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit

At Seoul station, Exit 12 is connected to the hotel. Although there are signs every where and easy to go Seoul station from hotel, I’d suggest to go outside of Seoul station and head to hotel from outside on ground for the first time. As a platinum, they allow us to use the room super early and we were given one drink ticket (one each for two people) at the bar on the 19th floor. My Cass draft beer was tasty and my friend’s craft beer was tasty too. Each floor has microwave, ice machine, water fountain and iron. Very convenient location to do things and I’d like to come back again soon.

The hotel is nice and clean — not the most spotless I’ve seen, but definitely decent. What I really appreciated was the housekeeping service: it was flexible and responsive, unlike other hotels that only clean early in the morning. Any time I called to ask for a towel or if they forgot something, someone would bring it in less than 2 minutes. You’re also allowed one bed sheet change during your stay, and since I stayed for 10 days, I requested mine on the fifth day. I had two rooms, and both were handled the same way. There’s a Starbucks right at the entrance of the hotel, and next to it there’s a bakery café, a local Korean coffee shop (EDIYA), and two convenience stores: CU and GS25. Just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, there’s another GS25 on the way toward Myeongdong. Once you cross the street, you’ll find yourself at the edge of the Myeongdong shopping district, and within 3 minutes, you can reach the famous Myeongdong Cathedral and enter the heart of the area. From my room, I could see Euljiro 3(sam)-ga Station, Exit 12. That’s the exit I used every day to explore most of the popular tourist spots. The green line goes directly to many attractions, and I rarely had to transfer to another line. After a long, tiring day, I’d return and come straight out of Exit 12 — there’s even an escalator, and the hotel is literally right in front of me. Less than a minute walk! There’s also a Subway (the sandwich shop) nearby, and a Twosome Place café just next door, Overall, very convenient location, smooth service, and great access to food and transportation. I’d definitely consider staying here again. My only issue was the price is in the higher end compared to other hotels and some hotels that where booked in the heart of myeongdong
