Four Points by Sheraton Kolasin

Most could be better a bit compared to how hotel looks ! Can say clean, beds are very comfortable, receptionists are helpful ! Breakfast are good and it's a very nice place, specifically the last table with a stunning view. Spa could be a bit cleaner. But still this hotel deserves 5 stars !

Hotel located in near city center, has amazing wooden natural ambiance. Have free shuttle to ski center. Rooms are clean and staff and reception is so helpful. Ski rental guys are friendly and helpful. However food always comes overcooked and cold. We ate in the cafeteria of the hotel. Despite that i told i want my pasta aldente and very hot, it came almost cold. I had completely cold pancake. Another day we ordered wraps and they were rolled in cheese and again cold. Barista (who works in the pub of cafeteria) should have been more formal. I would not like to see chewing gums in her mouth and i think they should not play with the phone when there are guests asking for some food or drink.

Five days before our arrival, we were notified that the hotel would not be able to accommodate us, despite our having booked months in advance. At this stage, all comparable hotels in Kolasin were completely booked, and we ended up having to make entirely alternative travel plans for Montenegro. I cannot speak to the comfort of the hotel or its location, but I now know that planning is not their strong suit.
