Four Points By Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Fantastic stay! Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Love the facilities! My young kids enjoyed the swimming pool immensely as there are a couple of slides that kept them engaged for the whole afternoon. Poolside bar has some tasty mocktails. There’s also the kids club activities which they loved the donut pastry decoration in particular. If the kids complete all 4 activities within the same day (Mon - Thurs) they can even have a free meal! Room service was speedy as well. Would definitely return again as the location is also convenient since it’s right smack in the city centre. We stayed in the hotel the entire day though because there’s enough activities to keep my children engaged for an entire day. (=

We had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile, which made a big difference throughout our stay. Our children had the time of their lives — especially at the beautiful swimming pool. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for both kids and adults to relax and have fun. The rooms were impressively spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. After a long day exploring the city, it was a pleasure to come back and unwind in such a lovely environment. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to families looking for comfort, hospitality, and a touch of luxury in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The room that was provided to me could be improved. The carpet was dusty as i experienced sneezing all the time since i checked into the room. Hope to be given a complimentary drinks during our arrival. Paid for rm980 for 1 night. The rest are good. Breakfast food is tasty, pool is great.
