One of the best hotels I have stayed at in the Lagos area. The rooms are nice and there are plenty of places to eat at here with each place offering different options. I like the gym and the patio area. The WiFi is great and the rooms are good. Place is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s close to the office. Overall great place to stay. I will stay here again next time in town.

I visited for a business meeting and i would say that I expected a whole lot more from the decor, ambience and reception. My major turn off was a security lady asking me as a guest to drop an ID card before I could see my guest however i could see people just coming in. I was the good guest who decided to speak to the receptionist first so i guess my fault. I had an e-copy which I showed her because I thought she wanted to confirm it was my name only for me to be directed to the business centre insisting I must make a copy before she can let me in. It got me really pissed because I realised I was being profiled. My host had to come down before the issue was resolved. Your facilities are manageable however meal options are limited. Pros: security is tight because in and out is controlled. I appreciate the response. Looking forward to a positive experience on my second visit

I wish there were a category for the building itself (infrastructure or something like that). Like with many supposed 'quality' hospitality offerings in Nigeria, the finishing of the appointments is not well done, leading to the hotel appearing dingy. The room itself is quite large, which is nice. But the dinginess...Chrome fittings not polished in the bathroom, shower head showing signs of rust, railing in tub meant to have the soap dish fixed upside down, so that it cannot be used for that purpose, paint stains where they shouldn't be, etc. Lighting poor in the room. The staff are quite polite and pleasant is a big plus. The food is not bad at all; however, one would assume that a hotel would know that not everyone enjoys 'Yoruba' spiciness. The screen in the meeting hall we had was inadequate for participants at the back of the hall. Victoria Island is overcrowded and floods but that isn't the hotel's fault. It was priced way higher, but the standard is basically the same as the Federal Palace. Radisson is better value for money.
