Four Points by Sheraton Lang Son

Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton, Lang Son was exceptional.  We were warmly welcomed after our long journey and kindly upgraded to a fantastic room on a high floor with a brilliant view of the surroundings. The restaurant team provided excellent service, consistently ensuring we had everything we needed, including fresh juices each morning and a selection of beers in the evenings. The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly helpful with our travel arrangements, including extending our stay.  They also arranged a wonderful birthday cake to ensure our celebrations went well. The spa team provided friendly and attentive service, and we thoroughly enjoyed the massages and sauna.  Housekeeping maintained our rooms impeccably, ensuring they were clean and well-stocked with water. Thank you to all the team for a fantastic stay!

Four Points by Sheraton Lang Son exceeded expectations with its spacious and comfortable rooms, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The bathroom was a standout feature—modern, well-designed, and a pleasure to use. Parking my motorcycle was hassle-free with convenient access to the basement, which is a big plus for travelers on two wheels. Another bonus is the mall right next door, offering easy access to shopping and dining. This hotel combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.

Stayed 2024- We were very impressed by the quality standard of this hotel, from the front desk staff, to the breakfast staff, to the facilities staff including a gym and sauna, to the exquisite room with a beautiful view and twice a day cleaning service. The front desk even helped us to rent the bike and replied very quickly using the Marriott Bonvoy app. We were very impressed by all the staff and would like to thank Mr Huong Huang and all the duty managers who ensured that we loved Lang Son! Stayed 2023- We came during a national holiday so it was very busy but Mr Cong was very kind from the moment we entered the hotel to the check out. He was always attentive and helpful whenever we needed help renting a scooter or finding a place to eat. He’s very kind and good at his job. We were happy to see him when we came back from long walks or bike rides and he always made time to speak with us.
