Four Points by Sheraton Levis Convention Centre

I spent two nights at this hotel with family. The rooms are clean and well decorated. We had a double queen bed room. The air conditioning is great. I wish they had a safe but that wasn’t a problem. The hotel is exactly 3 km south of the ferry terminal which is good. You can go with or without your car from there to Quebec City. There’s a beautiful walk/bike/run path from the ferry towards the west. The breakfast selection was great and the quality of food is good. The staff are super kind and caring. I wish they had a pull-up bar in the gym. The gym is too small and no TVs. The hot pool is great but I wish it was larger.

The hotel is new(ish), but lacks charm or character. The staff were very friendly and professional. The Continental breakfast is much better than what you might expect at a regular Marriott property. The rooms have lack any artwork to break up the expanse of white walls. Nothing. The room we were given was an upgrade and was quite nice. Be aware that the various tradesmen working around the condos in the neighborhood start early in the morning and can be heard everywhere. A good place to stop while on the road, but would not recommend as a place to stay if you intend to spend more time around Quebec City.

Poor customer service and entitled. Never in my life i will experience this for always checking in different four points location. My auntie booked online for 2 rooms and judged by being late check in. We are only staying for day use. Will check out before check out time 11am, will leave at 9am. We check in past midnight tho. My auntie is tired already and wanted to sleep in, so she just received the entitlement and judgement by the front desk. Then another set of our group came in to drop off things and see the rest of the first group. Was also being judged that we are not allowed to go upstairs even if we are altogether. Okay, the first group was 7people, so we are told 4people only per room, okay, so maybe 1 person from the second group can go upstairs right? But still no. We the whole group are all hotel workers as well so we know how things get done, but being told that we have to be a guest first and checked in, in order for us to visit the family members is ridiculous. First, we are told not to go upstairs even we know my auntie is there, and called someone to go down to show front desk we all know each other, we have a 1 year old with us and its 3am. Second, we are told the hotel is fully booked, third we can go book rooms buy using marriot bonvoy or online, but okay, how is it that you just said hotel is fully booked, lol. And lastly, being sarcastic, inconsiderate and everything as if we are so dumb. Knowing that four points motto is step in to comfort. Second group left the hotel with the 1 year old at 3am. Im glad that second group was accepted and not being judged by nearby establishment.
