This is a good hotel for families visiting Ljubljana. The staff is friendly, polyglot, and ready to help at all times. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Dinner at Robin restaurant is a must while visiting Ljubljana. Breakfast is simple but tasty with freshly baked bread. Thank you for a lovely stay. In particular we greatly appreciated the help and care of Ms Brigita, Ms Tia, and Ms Lana.
It was a good hotel. The only negative point, which I expected to be relaxing, was that the children were jumping in the pool even though it's forbidden. The parents didn't say anything, and they kept yelling. Paying a lot of money not to be able to relax isn't great.But I know it's not the hotel's fault. But there are cameras, so it would have been nice if someone had come and warned them.
The location is OK especially if you are passing by the town. The staff is friendly and nice. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is big, the bed is really comfortable. And these are the pros. I really do not know when the 4 stars were rewarded, but probably it was really long time ago. Starting from the carpet in the corridor where you do not know what happened to it - everywhere dirty stains. You enter the room - spacious and looking tight. Till the moment I split a drink on the floor and decided to clean it with one of the towels - attached is the result and you can see how clean is the floor. The walls are dirty, the curtains smell bad. I wouldn’t come back never
