Wonderful stay for my sons birthday. It was great seeing the arrangements made by the Four Points by Sheraton team. Big round of applause for their service. Liked the calm and friendly atmosphere and hospitality around the resort. Great place to host weddings seminars within the auditorium along with rooms. Breakfast was amazing with lots of food variety. Live counter was fun to try out multiple things. Vijayan the chef was too generous and made teddy pancake for my son.
We recently celebrated our alumni reunion at this resort, and it was a wonderful experience overall. Here's my feedback: Ambience: The resort is beautifully maintained with lush gardens, clean rooms, and tidy pathways. Food: We had lunch, dinner, and breakfast as part of our stay — every meal was absolutely delicious. Areas of Improvement: - Although checkout was strictly at 12 PM, we received our rooms quite late — around 3 to 3:45 PM, which was disappointing. - The rooms are located at a considerable distance from the main area, and the resort should consider increasing the number of buggies to accommodate guest and luggage movement more quickly Despite these points, the reunion at this resort will remain a truly memorable experience for me. Hence giving 5 rating.
Visited on 20/8/225 on the Convocation Ceremony of Great Lakes Institute of Management. Good Place. Secured Main gate. Large Parking space. Cool Ac in the convocation hall. Clean Toilets. Good Food. Desert served was Awsome.
