My stay at Four Points by Sheraton was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel offers a great balance between luxury and affordability. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay—comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and fast Wi-Fi. The service was professional and courteous. Staff at the reception and housekeeping were always helpful and quick to respond to requests. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of local and international options. The location was also ideal—close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. The hotel’s atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Minor issues included limited parking space and slightly delayed room service at times, but nothing that seriously impacted the overall stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality hotel experience at a fair price.
I stayed at the hotel for one night only and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a clean room with good furniture. The receptionist was really nice and helpful, I requested a late check out and she managed to accommodate my request. The breakfast was good and varied. Parking area need more effort to be organized. Thanks to everyone 🙏🏻
I had a generally good stay at the hotel — the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall service was nice. However, I had a very upsetting experience during check-out. I was alone in the room, sleeping, and didn’t hear them knocking. Without warning, a staff member suddenly opened the door!! — while I was still inside, alone. This happened around 3 PM, and I don’t believe I had overstayed enough to justify such an action. As a woman traveling alone, this made me feel extremely unsafe and violated. I truly hope the hotel reviews its privacy and safety policies to ensure this doesn’t happen again to anyone else. It was a frightening and uncomfortable moment!
