Four Points by Sheraton Medan

I recently stayed at this hotel with my elderly family members and children, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. First, the check-in process was smooth and fast, which was a great relief after a long journey, especially when traveling with children and elderly. The room itself had excellent blackout curtains, which was an absolute plus for us, as we’re used to sleeping in complete darkness. We had a quiet, peaceful rest, and it was very important to me and my kids who have sensitive hearing. The hotel's location is also very strategic, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities, which made our stay even more convenient. After checking out in a rush, I realized I had left some belongings in the room. I contacted the hotel the following day, and to my pleasant surprise, they informed me that all my items were found and ready to be picked up. A special shoutout and heartfelt appreciation to Sam, the founder (as indicated on the lost & found receipt), for his honesty. It’s rare to find such trustworthy individuals these days, and it truly meant a lot to me. Overall, my family and I were completely satisfied with our stay. The peaceful environment, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional service made it a memorable experience. We will definitely return on our next visit!

Very good experiences. tonight the Tongseng Kambing tastes sooo good, I love this monthly special menu. And Agus served in a high quality, excellent professional, baik!

First time staying in this Hotel, location not far from city. Have 1 supermarkets within walking distance and in side have some restaurants. The hotel was OK, staff service is good. Breakfast also standards but mainly local food. Kind of busy during my stays. Possibly due to conference in the hotel. Overall good experience to stay.
