I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton. Unfortunately, the experience was far below acceptable standards and certainly not what one expects from a reputed brand like Sheraton. From the moment we checked in, the condition of the rooms was appalling. Room service was completely absent, and it was evident that no one had inspected the rooms prior to our arrival. There was a visible layer of dust on all surfaces, the carpet was dirty, and shockingly, the toilet commode appeared unclean, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. To make matters worse, there was no soap provided in either of the two rooms booked for my family. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. When we arrived at 8:30 AM, there was hardly any food left, and the tables were cluttered with leftovers and dirty dishes. Despite trying to speak to someone in charge, a lady from the sales department informed us there was no manager available to address our concerns. This level of service is unacceptable and completely tarnishes the image associated with the Sheraton name. It was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience we've had — if possible, I would give it minus stars. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures no guest has to face such a poor standard of hospitality in the future.
I strongly advise against booking this hotel. During my 15-day stay across Europe, this was by far the most disappointing experience. The quality of food was subpar, the service was consistently poor, and even basic amenities such as a razor or toothpaste were charged separately. Unfortunately, the overall value and hospitality did not meet even minimal expectations. I recommend exploring other accommodations for a more comfortable and welcoming stay.
Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. First and foremost, the breakfast was extremely poor. The food was cold, lacked variety, and did not appear fresh. Items that should have been hot were lukewarm at best, and the overall quality was unacceptable for a hotel in this category. The staff were unhelpful and at times outright rude. Simple questions were met with impatience, and there was a general lack of professionalism at both the front desk and restaurant. It really affected the atmosphere of the stay. The room was not clean. The carpet was stained and smelled bad, making the entire room feel uncomfortable and neglected. Even worse, the shower was barely functional — poor water pressure, inconsistent temperature, and visible mildew in the corners. It clearly hadn’t been properly maintained. I expected much more from a Sheraton-branded property. This hotel is in serious need of better management, improved cleanliness, and staff training. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others. Doesn’t deserve even 1 star
