Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort

Great Location, Great amenities and beautifully designed resort. I went there as a business traveller along with my colleagues and network. There were approx 370 of us. But i saw that this resort is absolutely perfect for the Families and Couples. It is ideal for families because it is situated slightly away from the nightlife area of Bangla Street. The resort is situated right on the beautiful Patong Beach (situated on the northern part of the beach line) The swimming pools and restaurants are main attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has long corridors, so one has to remember their room location and nearest lift access too! Overall a great experience

One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were incredibly kind and professional. When I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, they brought me complimentary breakfast and even offered a late checkout out of consideration for my condition — something I truly appreciated. The service was exceptional, everything was spotless, and every detail was taken care of. I’ll definitely come back again because of the amazing hospitality, cleanliness, and overall experience. I recently stayed at the Four Points in Patong and had a mixed experience. The hotel grounds are beautiful — the pool and common areas are very well kept and give off a relaxing vibe. The location is solid too — right across the street from the beach, although the beach was closed for most of my stay. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, so it’s still a convenient spot overall. The room, however, was underwhelming. It was small, had no balcony, and no bathtub. It was clean, which I appreciate, but for the price I paid, I expected more comfort and space. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast — absolutely amazing! Hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. If you stay here, make sure breakfast is included — it’s worth it. One downside was the poolside service. I had to ask for a menu, and it took quite a while for anyone to come take my order. That part definitely needs improvement. On a brighter note, the restaurant out front is a hidden gem — great food, great drinks, and very reasonable prices. Overall, I’d stay here again but would definitely request a larger room next time. With a few small changes, this place could be near perfect.
