Four Points by Sheraton Qingdao West Coast

Good experience at staying there, entire hotel team is cooperative. I have store my good memories book this visit.

This hotel is beautiful. It was a great place to stay on Qingdao. They were very helpful. My suitcase had broken on the flight and they sent their maintenance man right up to my room to see if he could fix it. Most hotels in China smell like cigarette smoke, however the Four Points did no. They kept it very clean and actually enforced their no smoking policies. The food was also very good. Although, I was expecting a slightly more international selection. It was definitely a more Asian selection, but it was still good.

The hotel room is spacious and tidy, with an expansive lobby adding to its grandeur. Although the room itself is clean, the exterior window appears dirty. Inside the room, numerous switches control various lights, yet the inconvenience arises from having to access the toilet to toggle them, with the switches somewhat obscured within the toilet area. Additionally, the washing sink area lacks sufficient space to accommodate toiletry bags comfortably. The breakfast spread offers an impressive array of Asian and Western cuisines. However, despite being a titanium member, the absence of an executive lounge is notable. Situated in a rather remote location with little in the vicinity, the hotel nevertheless maintains its upkeep well, ensuring a pleasant overall stay.
