Four Points by Sheraton Sesimbra

AMAZING EXPERIENCE me and my family came here for just a day and can’t wait to come back the little ones have a pool and even a different snacks menu for them with stuff they like. The service was out of this world and we felt a real social atmosphere when we talked to the employees . The restaurant unlike other hotels was better than any other place we went to and for me has to be the best hotel food I’ve ever had in my life . The rooms are incredible and the beach is super close and they even offer rides to to the beach . Overall an amazing stay and we would love to come back for longer

This hotel was a genuinely good surprise. - The room was clean, well soundproofed (zero noise heard from neighbors) and the bed was very comfortable. - Has free parking spots outside and free underground private parking with elevator access to the hotel. - The staff is friendly and polite. - Not the biggest pool, but definitely enjoyable with a great environment surrounding it. - The gym is small but enough for a maintenance workout. - Despite a bit far from the main attractions and beaches, the hotel offers a free shuttle service. Need a ride to the beach or restaurant? Ask at the reception. Need a ride back to the hotel? Call the number they provided 💯. I'll definitely be coming back!

Got here today. The room and location are spectacular. The service however is not great. Long wait at pool bar. Buffet was 32 euros per person and was not worth that. Waiter and staff at hotel are noticeably more friendly with guests who speak Portuguese. They are not very kind or attentive to us. Except for the reception employees, Filipa in particular who was very kind and helpful, staff at the pool, restaurant, etc are not friendly at all. They always seemed annoyed, like you are bothering by them. We are from Canada, I think they believe we are American which may be why…but I am disappointed with the attitude of the staff.
