Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Hongqiao: Meets expectations, with a few caveats As a seasoned traveler and lifetime member of the Marriott Bonvoy program, I have certain expectations when staying at a Four Points by Sheraton. My recent visit to the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Hongqiao largely met these expectations, offering a comfortable and clean stay at a reasonable price. The hotel itself is new and in excellent condition. My room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which is always a plus. However, there were a few drawbacks that somewhat impacted my overall experience. The hotel's location is quite remote, making it a bit inconvenient if you plan on exploring the city center. The check-in process was surprisingly long, and the staff's limited English proficiency made communication a bit challenging. Despite these minor hiccups, I found the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Hongqiao to be a decent choice for a budget-friendly stay. If you're looking for a comfortable place to rest your head after a long day of sightseeing or business meetings, this hotel is a solid option. Just be aware of its remote location and potential language barriers.

The fee was 1300CNY, they took 2000+800 =2800CNY and still no refund. WORST HOTEL EVER. It's been a month, and now, not even a reply.

No REFUND at all, They charge high and I ask them for the highly charged fee. Double booked? Asked them to show me evidence. Never did and been ghosting.
