I was actually quite impressed with this hotel. The rooms are beautifully presented, with a modern and clean design. I particularly appreciated the feather pillows and the bed cover, which neatly conceals the duvet—something I value a lot, as hotel duvets are often exposed and not always as clean as one would hope. The air conditioning worked flawlessly throughout my stay, and there’s a kettle in the room, which is always a welcome touch. Everything felt tidy and well maintained, including the bathroom. The large TV in the room was a pleasant surprise too—not the usual tiny screen you can barely see, but a proper, generously sized one that actually encourages you to use it. The outdoor area is elegant and tasteful, with a number of stunning centuries-old olive trees that really add to the charm of the property. The whole structure feels modern, stylish and functional. The food served here is also excellent—almost perfect, in fact. One thing that did bother me was the policy regarding bottled water. Complimentary bottles are only given to members of some programme, and while that might be understandable from a marketing perspective, we’re talking about water that likely costs around five cents per bottle. Is it really worth alienating guests over something so minor? It comes across as a rather petty upsell, especially when the rest of the experience is otherwise so polished. If you're going to include perks, include them for everyone or don't make a fuss over them—particularly not for something as essential as water. Also worth noting: while the hotel itself is great, it’s located a bit in the middle of nowhere. There’s nothing within easy walking distance, so it’s not ideal if you’re hoping to explore Siena on foot. That said, if you're arriving by car and looking for comfort, style and quality, this is a top-notch choice.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers. The price was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality provided. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, which was a pleasant surprise given the affordable rate. It felt fresh and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The hotel includes breakfast in the room rate, which is a nice touch, but the selection was disappointing. The food lacked variety and quality, with limited options that didn’t cater to diverse tastes. It was sufficient to start the day, but don’t expect a standout dining experience. The hotel features a pool, which is a great amenity, but it’s quite small and can feel crowded if multiple guests are using it. It’s fine for a quick dip, but not ideal for serious swimming or lounging. Location-wise, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, which might inconvenience some travelers. Public transportation options, particularly buses, are limited in the evening, so plan accordingly if you intend to explore the city late. A taxi or rideshare might be necessary for evening outings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, but the connection is slow and unreliable at times, which could be frustrating if you need to work or stream content. For casual browsing, it’s manageable, but don’t expect high-speed performance. The service was satisfactory—staff were polite and responsive, though not overly warm or proactive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and basic requests were handled efficiently. Overall, this hotel is a good pick for those prioritizing affordability and clean, spacious rooms. However, if you value proximity to the city, robust Wi-Fi, or a stellar breakfast, you might want to consider other options.
This hotel is just horrible et moche ! Its dystopic architecture looks like social building from the 80’s. Not to mention the view on a dreadful and horrible concrete I don’t know what. This hotel is more expensive than the NH Siena, far from the city centre you always need to take the car. Room are functional. Welcoming process : you have to ask to know where to take the lift. Mini bar ? No mini bar Worst choice ever. Very disappointed and the « lift music » in the lobby … back in the 80’s for everything.
