We had a great stay at this property. Rooms are comfortable. Location is 10 mind away from Dal Lake. Staff and hospitality is extra ordinary. Housekeeping can be improved a bit to take care of refills etc but nothing to complain about. Restaurant staff for ex Wasim and others are extremely courteous.
It was great experience staying at 4 points Sheraton. Our kids and we enjoyed the hospitality and special attention. The spread at eatery was varied and chefs provided customized meals for our kids.The warmth and the friendly nature of each and everyone right from the security ,reception and housekeeping was excellent. Special mention to Mr Vinod Singh and team at eatery including,Waseem bhai, Farooq bhai, Waseem Ibn .Mr Haroon amd Bilal in housekeeping.Must also extend thanks to Mr Usama and Mr Asif, handling reception for prompt and timely help.
I stayed with my family at Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar for 4 nights and have a mixed review about the property. The hotel boasts of big spacious rooms with a great view and the loction is good. However, the quality and the speed of the service can certainly be improved - our experience right from the check-in (mixed up with another family) to the check out (miscalculation in the bills) was not so nice, further, the room service requests often required inordinate delay. If the management takes care of the quality of the service, this could turn out to be an amazing place to stay.
