I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is truly luxurious and elegant, yet still feels so warm and comfortable. Every corner of the property is beautifully designed, creating the perfect blend of style and relaxation. The food was outstanding — every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more special was the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The positive energy and good vibes throughout the hotel made it hard to leave. Definitely a place I would love to return to — highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect, luxurious getaway!
I love the service at this hotel. I travel on business and stay at many different hotels, but the service here stands out. Everyone is friendly and are genuinely happy to serve. They have initiatives and suggest breakfast items you should not miss out. Mr Daud especially stands out with his cheerful service, I am very impressed by the hotel and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surabaya.
Stayed a night here as a stopover. The room is immaculate and tip top. The breakfast was amazing. Not just in terms of the spread available (Oriental cuisine and desserts), all the staff at the dining area was extremely friendly and hospitable. A big shout out to Amy (last picture attending to guest) who made sure we are well taken care of!
