Rooms are nice and clean, shower and bathroom areas were great, great water pressure in the shower. Services were prompt, room make up service was awesome. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Meal buffets were inclusive and had enough variety to accommodate a lot of tastes. Vegetarian meals supported. Overall great hotel experience.
Really enjoyed my stay at Four Points in Suwon! The hotel is very clean, the location is great, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of options. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Suwon.
I’ve been quite disappointed with both the service attitude and the facilities at this hotel since I checked in yesterday 1. One of the power outlets is loose, causing my charger to repeatedly fall out. 2. I experienced multiple power outages last night. When I asked the front desk, they simply said it was a "program error" and told me to press the light button to restore power. But what if the power goes out while I'm taking a shower? 3. The Wi-Fi connection is unstable and frequently disconnects, making it difficult to work or stay connected. Below figure is what they call "city view". I am really regreted that I already booked this hotel for 6 nights.
