Four Points By Sheraton Sydney Central Park

I stayed here while attending a writing festival and found it very comfortable! I was upgraded to a king bed room, which was fab, brnit was the customer service that really blew me away. My booking included breakfast, which started at 7am, but my transport to the airport was scheduled to arrive at 7 too. They offered to make me up a to-go box, and when I said "I would say yes, but unfortunately I can only eat gluten free" (expecting that they wouldn't be able to accommodate it) they made a fully gluten free breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, and avocado. I was heading to the airport for the start of a 24-hour journey via three different planes back to the east coast of the US, and being able to start off with a delicious hand cooked meal made such a huge difference. Just amazing, really above and beyond. Thank you, guys!

The hotel is located not far from Central Station so it is within walkable distance hence in a quiet area. It's convenient for me to get to places around the city. The room is in reasonable size along with some city views. Amenities provided are standard however can be requested if not found in room. Breakfast option is good however food are almost the same daily with few items changing day by day. Would be recommend to stay at this hotel. Thanks.

The hotel was booked as part of a Wallabies travel package and it is very nice. The staff were very friendly on arrival and looked after our bags as we were very early. They called and let us know when they were ready and we received a welcome drink and chocolate on arrival. The rooms are spacious and the king bed is very comfortable.
