Four Points by Sheraton Yilan Jiaoxi

The room itself was cozy, the warm lighting and the wooden floors & decors make it an exceptional place of stay, the bathroom is spacious & has plenty of space for the personal spa inside the bathroom. We had lunch on the first floor and the food was excellent, food came out fast, without compromising on the quality of the dishes being ordered. The porridge, duck & soup that we had was incredible. Overall the place was a great stay! Strongly recommend this place, I do think that the location is a bit further from busy side of the town compared to the other hotels around the area, but it is a relatively close walk of 5 minutes.

Love this hotel! Each room has its own tub that draws water from the local hot springs so you get essentially get your own private hot springs. It also has a large kids area to keep children entertained and a nice decent pool (with large jacuzzi area). The restaurant serves good food and there’s a small bar if you want a drink. Overall had a great stay with the family and we look forward to coming back next time!

Good and friendly service. Good facilities with great kids room including scheduled activities such as treasure hunt, air hockey, table football, pools and spa. Rooms are nice and clean although the design is a bit outdated. Really nice food but busy for breakfast buffet. Like the fact it also had complimentary afternoon tea, snacks and supper. Good location with shops and food around
