Four Points Flex by Sheraton Istanbul Taksim Square

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton Taksim Square for 2 nights, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Our room was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained .The cleanliness truly stood out. While the space was slightly compact, it was perfect for a short stay and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. What made it even more special was the hotel’s unbeatable location just steps away from Taksim Square, placing us right in the vibrant heart of Istanbul. Sightseeing, dining, and public transportation (bus and metro) were all within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. A special mention goes to Uğur, who made our stay truly unforgettable. He went above and beyond to assist us during our stay and even helped arrange a surprise celebration for my husband’s birthday ; a thoughtful gesture we’ll always cherish. His excellent service and genuine care made all the difference. We absolutely loved the vibe of the area and felt the energy of Istanbul all around us. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the city ,especially for short stays where location and service matter most. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for a memorable stay!

The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages, just a few minutes’ walk from vibrant shopping streets, dessert spots, and plenty of dining options. Whether you’re in the mood for local cuisine or Turkish bites, you’ll find something nearby. As a female traveler, I felt completely safe walking around the area, even late at night. The streets are well-lit and busy enough without feeling overwhelming. It made solo exploring so much more enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms are modern and quiet, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. If you’re visiting Istanbul and want to stay somewhere central, convenient, and safe, especially as a solo/family traveler, this hotel is a solid choice. I’d definitely return.

I stayed at Mara Hotel Taksim in early March for a quick overnight in Istanbul. As a value hotel, it was okay, and the location is quite good — close to everything you need in Taksim. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. They assigned me an accessible room, but it was located on the roof level, with a very low ceiling and felt much smaller compared to accessible rooms I’ve had in other Istanbul hotels. It worked for a short stay, but definitely could be improved in terms of space and comfort. Overall, a good experience for a short visit, especially thanks to the welcoming team.
