Four Points Flex by Sheraton Ratingen Düsseldorf Airport

Arrived 5 nights ago 27June.Hotel staff friendly and helpful.Room was clean,had fresh towels and all supplied toiletries in bathroom were full.Staff happily provided another pillow.Entire hotel is very clean and convenient for bus into Ratingen then tram to Dusseldorf. Had to extend our stay by one night and this was not an issue. Pleasant sitting area to rear of hotel. Staff and managers could not have helped more. Our home is Scotland so all help was appreciated.Will happily return here.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are very small and the layout is odd. There is not a lot of counter space and the water closet and shower are extremely small. There is no door to the bathroom, and the shower is see-through and right in the middle of the room. Parking is a problem. There are not a lot of places to park. We found out the hard way that parking alongside the hotel is not OK when we found a ticket on our windshield in the morning. If you are not staying long, don't need a lot of space, and don't mind having no privacy when you shower, this hotel may suit you fine. We were there for 3 days. I would not want to stay there for longer visits. The price is reasonable, and like I said, the staff was nice. I just wasn't impressed with the rooms.

We only stayed for one night due to a very early flight. While the room was spacious and welcoming, the wc hasn't been properly cleaned. There was an attempt to have this cleaned by staff after complaining to reception, but in the end, we had to switch rooms.
