Four Points Flex by Sheraton Shin Osaka

Super convenient for a one night layover in Osaka. 3 minute walking to Osaka Metro and 10 minutes to Shinkansen (with luggage). Room was clean and comfortable. There was a large step up to the bathroom which might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Bathroom was nice sized, beds were comfy. They stored our luggage for several hours after check out so we could explore a bit. Breakfast was additional fee (I think?) But it was good and very convenient (though there is a family mart right around the corner). Overall good price and great for a short stay!

Spacious Room, Helpful Staff, and Convenient Location! We stayed at Four Points Shin-Osaka and really enjoyed our time there. We booked a room with two double beds, which made the space feel quite roomy — a nice surprise in Japan! Everything in the room worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast isn’t a full buffet, but the options available are solid. Some dishes are better than others — the fried chicken was definitely our favorite. There’s also rice, coffee, juice, unlimited bread, some veggies, and soup. It was more than enough to start the day well. The hotel staff was always helpful and ready to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is great — just steps away from Shin-Osaka Station, which makes traveling around Osaka and beyond very easy. While there weren’t many restaurant options right around the hotel, Family Mart nearby had everything we needed in a pinch. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay with great access to transportation!

About to check out from my multiple day stay. The past reviews complaining about rude staff and how they spoke "no English" is invalid. All the staff I encountered spoke some English and others were fluent. Everyone was beyond kind and helpful. I love the location! Just jump off the train and you're practically there! The room is small, for western standards. The bathroom has a massive step up to get to. So, if you need accommodations; I recommend contacting the front desk before booking. I had no issues with the big step up and down...But the layout is just bizarre for me. You can hear the trains but it's not very loud. It becomes white noise to me and is rather relaxing. The restaurant downstairs has some fantastic Japanese food with hard working and friendly staff. If I ever travel to Osaka again; I'll be booking here again! Can't beat the price or convenience of this location!!
