I stayed three nights at the Four Seasons Budapest back in november 2022. I’m quite used to this level of hotel, but honestly, this one really stood out. Indeed it’s probably one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and even years later, I felt it deserved to be mentioned. Room service was excellent, I still remember ordering a pizza at 3am and it was surprisingly good for that time of night. Also worth mentioning: I booked a private guide through the concierge and ended up with Vincent, who was fantastic. He doesn’t just give you a standard history tour, he actually takes the time to understand what you enjoy and builds the visit around you. Since then, no other guided tour has really lived up to that experience. Beautiful hotel, top-notch service, and small touches that make a big difference.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Budapest’s key attractions. Dear Four Seasons team, We appreciated the attention to detail and excellent service during our stay. However, we encountered an issue with our room assignment. Initially, we were given a different room than the one we reserved, which affected our experience. Fortunately, after bringing it to the team's attention, they promptly changed us to the correct room, and the rest of our stay improved significantly. While the outcome was positive, we spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve the issue. We hope that in the future, the team can double-check room assignments to ensure accuracy from the start. Despite this, we were impressed with the service and amenities. With some fine-tuning, your hotel can truly shine
