Our suite was spectacular—beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and offering every comfort one could wish for. It was luxury at its finest. Even when we encountered a couple of very minor issues, the staff went above and beyond to resolve them promptly and with such generosity that they exceeded all expectations. The genuine care, attentiveness, and accommodation we received throughout our stay made it truly unforgettable. Loved this location! It is smaller than other four seasons but still amazing service. Everyone is very happy with smiles on their face! Seems like they Loved being there. Service was good and quick. Nathalie went above and beyond at check in to make this trip as memorable for us as possible! We were in a Ft. Lauderdale room, upgraded to a suite with intercontinental and Ft. Lauderdale views it was amazing and so spacious. If you are planning to spend time in the room during your stay it was perfect! The first room I would have given it a 3 it was nice clean and updated but nothing special. Also renting the lucid was a great service they offered. Stephan and Shane were awesome! They gave us great recommendations on what to do in town! Booked with a preferred partner, received $110 breakfast credit daily used at Evelyn’s as well as $100 resort credit that can be used towards our stay. Only thing I would say Evelyn’s breakfast tasted ok. And service was ok. Food was lacking flavor.
