Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot for business and pleasure. What made this hotel stand out from the rest was the genuine hospitality and customer service. I was apprehensive about staying in Atlanta by myself. This hotel took wonderful care of me from the moment the cab driver dropped me off to the time a cab was called for my departure. Vincent was the nicest, most personable bell man I could have asked for. He made sure I got where I needed every day. My sister and her kids came to visit for dinner and the hotel did not make us feel uncomfortable for having kids, they welcomed us and knew it was cherished time together. They allowed us time in the driveway to say our emotional goodbyes. The concierge gave wonderful recommendations, the cleaning crew kept the facility and room pristine, the pool service gentleman made sure we were all set and safe, the room service server was a gentleman and polite. I could go on but instead do yourself a favor and book your stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

I recently booked a stay at the Four Seasons Atlanta as a wedding gift for my sister and her husband, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From the moment I reached out, Joseph from the reservations team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He made the booking process incredibly smooth and accommodating, and was so thoughtful in helping arrange for a few chilled goodies to be waiting in the room upon the happy couple’s arrival. It was such a special touch that made their first moments at the hotel even more memorable. Asia was also a pleasure to work with—warm, responsive, and attentive to every detail. She made sure that everything went according to plan, which gave me such peace of mind knowing my sister and her husband were in great hands. My first time ever staying at a four seasons was here. Thank god my job put me here because this was the best experience at a hotel of my life. The staff made you feel amazing. The gym the spa everything was a 1000/10. Now I know what the four seasons baby was talking about. I wish that every hotel I stayed at was like this one. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The service here was truly out of this world. I left something there and they are shipping it to me back in NJ. Hope to be back soon.
