Amazing Hotel and Staff – Truly a Royal Experience Our stay was absolutely wonderful — we received the royal treatment from start to finish. The staff were exceptional and truly made this hotel stand out. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. My only minor complaint is that the pool had some brown algae stains on the bottom that should be addressed. Aside from that, everything was perfect. An excellent stay in a perfect location — highly recommend!

This hotel is right on the harbor. It is a tall glass building which has really great windows for each of the room with the harbor view. The view is absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool is also facing the harbor and has a beautiful view during sunset. Rooms are comfortable with great mattress and comforter. All amenities are great. Coffee pods are provided with excellent flavors. They also have a TV in the mirror in the bathroom. The first I've seen at any hotel. This is such a cool feature. This hotel is definitely worth coming back to if you go to Baltimore. They also reach out to us before our stay asking if we had any requests. They are good at staying in touch with you via text. If you have any questions they respond with a text very promptly. They also allow pets. This is a very nice luxury hotel in Baltimore!

The hotel is conveniently located near the inner harbor, which makes it a great place to stay if you are traveling from other states. The valet parking is $50 a night with no limits on how many times you take the car out. The hospitality and the friendliness from the staff are on another level. I have been to many hotels, but this Four Seasons in Baltimore was definitely a stand out. My family and I were visiting during 4th of July, so there were a lot of people at the hotel. Regardless of how many people were there, it seemed to me the hotel was capable of handling large volume of people. The only downside was, the elevators took forever to arrive since there were so many people (10-15 minutes), but it is understandable. The view from the hotel was spectacular. We had the premium harbor room overlooking the 'Domino Sugar', and it was the perfect view to watch the fireworks from our hotel room. The hotel even had a fireworks viewing party near the infinity pool overlooking the water. We had the opportunity to use their hot tub and the pool the next day, and it was truly magnificent. The view from the hotel was fantastic and it felt as if we were in a different country. Overall, fantastic hotel and I recommend staying here if you are visiting Baltimore. I would definitely return next year with my family.
