Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza was nothing short of amazing. The hotel offers impeccable cleanliness and outstanding service. We booked our tours to Old Cairo and the Pyramids through the concierge service, and they made the experience seamless and unforgettable. Additionally, the food at Byblos, their restaurant, was absolutely fantastic. The dishes were flavorful, and the ambiance made for an incredible dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service, luxury, and delicious food in Cairo!
Absolutely loved this hotel - one of my favorite Four Seasons Hotels in the world - we walked in with a group and on check in the General Manager pulled me aside and greeted me by name and said "welcome back" - totally unexpected but clearly they had researched the types of rooms we've booked before, the types of things we like in our room and the types of food we liked to eat and they very much accommodated us. Gave us a room with a view over the Giza Pyramids, had snacks in the room that matched our dietary restrictions, and just provided a level of service that went above and beyond. It was just a great experience both times we stayed there.
Overall the service at the hotel is excellent. But room need to renovated and refurnibished. Breakfast very disappointing for the price they are charging and for a 5 stars hotel. Unfortunately won't go back as lt's not worth all money you pay for. Ritz is much better and cheaper cost.
