Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogota

I absolutely loved this Four Seasons. Everything was perfect ! We spent three nights at the hotel. Our first nights in Colombia. From the attentive staff to the spacious rooms, our stay was magical. The staff really helped us a lot in every restaurants and tours we wanted to book. But also transportation. I will come back and I definitely recommend !

Outstanding hotel. The attention to detail is really something to be admired and appreciated in particular the traditional dark wood and art. I love how the botanical garden is implemented in such a stylish way it really is luxurious. We upgraded to the penthouse and were not disappointed, its grand design with the wooden beams and fireplace is just beautiful. The staff are very warm and welcoming, always providing a smile and eager to help with suggestions and travel arrangements. Every part of the hotel is impeccably cleaned and the twice daily housekeeping service is a great touch. We was also provided with oxygen whilst adjusting to the altitude which was very helpful and made such a difference. I would recommend anyone to stay here, it really is an outstanding hotel.

My stay here was just OK- which is kind of a let down for a FS location. The welcome was lovely and the staff were friendly. The room itself was noisy - both with street noise and noise from the hallway/lobby that carried up the stairwell. My friend required a change of rooms due to an overwhelming mold/damp smell in her room. The restaurant was fine but nothing exciting. Breakfast was great. The speakeasy concept is well intentioned but poorly executed. The drinks are nice but the service was comically slow. When the bartender was making a drink and we questioned the ingredients due to an allergen, the bartender dismissed our concerns despite us finding an ingredient list that showed the concerning ingredient and then he insisted that we pay for the drink anyway.
