Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

Absolutely loved our stay at the Four Seasons Chicago! The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived — friendly staff, quick check-in, and a warm welcome. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with an incredible view of the lake. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. It’s definitely a splurge, but worth every penny for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Thoroughly excellent experience! Beautiful building, lobby, spa, restaurant spaces. Gorgeous room (rec'd upgrade through Amex Fine Hotels program). Professional. friendly and welcoming staff. Consistently delicious food and gracious world-class service. Housekeeping was wonderful and responsive. I will always come back for more.

Overall, I had a very positive experience staying at the Four Seasons. The room, while a bit dated, was comfortable and had all the essentials without needing additional requests. Adorn offers a delicious and well-curated menu, and both the reception and concierge teams were consistently helpful, responsive, and supportive - special thanks to them! The only things that held me back from giving a full five stars were the slow response time from room service and one early morning interaction with a front desk lady who seemed unwilling to assist. That said, the overall service and atmosphere made for a great stay, and I would definitely come back.
